For two weekends in June, we’ll open the cellar doors and release our signature wine – 2015 Franc Blanc. The dates are June 11, 12, 18 & 19, 2016 between 11am – 5pm.

Join us at Hinterbrook for a fresh summer pairing! We will be serving up a delicious roasted red pepper and feta couscous salad finished with a succulent grilled shrimp, paired with our 2015 Franc Blanc. Summer is just a sip away!
